We have been involved in a number of large, complex and landmark transactions on the Nigerian Capital Market. In the course of this practice we have advised issuers, managers and trustees, most of whom have been market leaders, on raising finance on the Nigerian Stock through debt or equity Issues. We have also advised the Federal Government of Nigeria on the privatization of companies.

Some recent issues we have been involved in include Investment Banking & Trust Company Plc’s IPO to raise over N9 billion and ACB International Bank Plc’s Public Offering to raise N20 billion.
